Tweetable Quote:

“I really learned to be courageous and I quickly had to check my ego at the door and realize what I was good at versus what I wasn’t good at. And I very quickly learned that I could not do everything on my own. And in order for me to be successful, I really needed to let my guard down, be vulnerable, ask what one would call the stupid questions, and surround myself with people again that are way better at certain things than I was. ” –  Megan Nivens-Tannett
