053: Rebekah Harvey – The Human Side of Leadership

Rebekah Harvey is currently the Head of Talent Enablement for Clearwater Analytics. Rebekah has held executive level positions in Learning and Development and Talent Enablement at Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Hewlett Packard. Rebekah has led teams as small as three and as large as 300.  

Rebekah earned a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement in 2007 and has a number of professional passions including diversity, equity, and inclusion, the future of work, and the ever-evolving role of leaders in the context of those things.
