193: Ask Denis: Slow Down to Go Faster

As leaders, we’re always ‘on.’ The world around us is changing fast and we are changing with it. The issue is, sometimes we can keep spinning our wheels and moving fast, without really achieving anything in the long run. If the goal is to achieve more and move fast, you may be surprised that the solution is to first slow down! In this episode, I’m going to break down 5 steps that will help you slow down in order to go faster.
